I'd like to thank you, Ted and
Steve for running with this and taking the extra effort to make sure we cut
all of the time possible out of the equation. My only regret is that I did
not use you when I bought:))

Dear Ted,
My wife and I surely appreciate the successful effort made last Monday
regarding the troubleshooting of our septic problem. In these days we find
it rare to see prompt and knowledgeable assistance on just about anything.
Thanks again for the visit.
Sincerely, Joe

Dear Bill,
I am writing to thank you for your dedicated help as we have worked to
address our major septic-field problems at the home we've just sold. While
we were a bit daunted by the cost of engineering-consulting services, our
realtor told us we'd be glad we contracted with you, and he was right.
Your supervision of the test on the old system and careful work to find the
best approvable perc for the new system not only reassured our prospective
buyers, but also resulted in fairly prompt certification by the Township.
Your careful preparation of the bid for the actual dig meant that we
received bids that were informed, complete and easily comparable.
Your willingness to sit with us and the prospective buyers, reassuring
them, helped ensure that our closing occurred on schedule, even though
adverse weather prevented our completing the septic replacement before the
sale.
Your staying in touch as we await a hard freeze, and your assurance that
you will be overseeing the project to its completion has meant that we
closed with a "minimum" escrow investment. Both we and our buyers
appreciate your commitment to seeing that the job is completed to their-and
the authorities'-satisfaction."

Well, the project is done!
You have to experience a project like this to understand what it is all about.
Our lack of knowledge led to some weak attempts on our part to ask questions that
would provide some enlightenment about the work. But nothing short of seeing it
unfold could erase our anxiety.
The two best decisions we made were hiring Bayer-Risse Engineering and Martin Excavating.
Pardon us for getting excited about a few things that we now realize were well under
control. Thank you for leading us through this event. We also appreciate Bill's
effort on site. We took a lot of pictures. Wish we could have had them before the work.
It would have helped us to better anticipate the size and scope of the project.
We appreciate your work on our behalf. We lucked out. We don’t believe we could have had a better team than Bayer-Risse Engineering and Martin Excavating!
Sincerely,
Lloyd & Barbara Newbaker
