Bayer-Risse
Engineering, Inc. staff includes both Licensed Professional Engineers
(PE's) and Certified Municipal Engineers (CME's). We serve as consulting
engineer to municipal clients. Our duties include Planning Board, Board of
Health, and Township Committee engineer.
Our staff reviews applicants' submission packages to Planning Boards to
ensure compliance with the Town Land Development Ordinance, the New Jersey
Map Filing Law and the Municipal Land Use Law. Our work for Township
Committees includes design of road overlays, site layouts for municipal
parks, preparation of bid packages for municipal building maintenance and
renovation in conformance with the Public Contracts Law, and other diverse
projects.
